Purchase Agreement Signed for Ex-GM Plant

Reporter Lou Whitmire reports that the former GM Stamping Plant in Ontario, OH, was officially sold today to Brownfield Communities Development Co. The developers and new owners signed their part of the agreement, and now action waits on the City Council.
