The former Janesville Training Center property is located at 1405 South Jackson Street in the eastern part of Janesville, Wisconsin, just east of the General Motors Assembly Plant. The site consists of approximately 1.35 acres of land, which was improved in 1969 with a commercial building (now vacant) and surrounding asphalt parking. According to city directories, the site was listed as Gates Lumber Company from 1972 through 1988, followed by Nineteenth Century Reproductions in 1994. The property was purchased by General Motors and used for training purposes in the 1990s. This property has been sold.
