Remedial actions performed at the property consisted of excavation of waste materials. The waste was relocated onto the western portion of the property and a 2.5-foot soil cover was constructed over it to limit the potential for human contact during future use. Monitoring and maintenance associated with the soil cover includes mowing, cover inspection/maintenance, access road inspection/maintenance, discharge system inspection/maintenance, fencing repairs and regular reporting to environmental regulators.
