Environmental Progress

RACER has completed investigations and limited soil removal at the site. A deed restriction has been filed for the property, limiting use to non-residential, prohibiting groundwater use, and requiring appropriate soil management. A No Further Action Report was submitted to MDEQ for review and was approved in January 2015. No further environmental actions are required for this site.
