The Venture 2000 property was part of the former Delphi I Plant. The 15-acre site currently includes a paved parking lot for the former Delphi I Plant and a grassed area that was the location of a former wastewater treatment plant. It was divided into several lots for industrial development.

Environmental Progress
Environmental investigation began on the site in the early 1990s, and tests of soil and groundwater indicated elevated levels of chlorinated volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The Trust will continue to work with Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) to finalize a cleanup plan that is protective of human health and the environment and consistent with IDEM cleanup standards.
