This property, which includes a 2.4-million-square-foot building, sits on approximately 266 acres of land. RACER reached agreement to sell the property to Brownfield Communities Development Company, which has lined up two tenants who will occupy much of the existing building.
Environmental Progress
Environmental conditions at the property have been evaluated and no significant issues have been identified. In order to achieve a No Further Action letter from the state, RACER contractors are conducting a small soil investigation of one small area outside the building. No findings of significant impact are anticipated.
