The Livonia Plant was built in 1971 and expanded in 1984, and encompasses 950,000 square feet of space on 40 acres of land. The property formerly housed extensive machining operations, and is located in an area zoned M2, Heavy Manufacturing, just south of Interstate 96. In addition to the manufacturing facility, the property includes a warehouse, wastewater treatment plant, and paved roads
and parking lots.

Environmental Progress
A comprehensive site investigation was completed in 2012. There are no identified areas of contamination on the property at this time, although minor detections of arsenic in groundwater require further evaluation. Work is being completed through the RCRA Corrective Action program under the oversight of the EPA.
