Important Announcement Concerning Environmental Contractors

To ensure continuity and progress in the ongoing remediation of the RACER Trust’s 89 Properties, we are continuing to work with several firms originally engaged by Motors Liquidation Corp., the Debtor in bankruptcy, and therefore the entity that held the Properties before the Trust’s March 31, 2011, inception. At the same time, we are assessing RACER’s needs for engineering, consulting and remediation services and evaluating the capabilities of many candidate firms which have submitted Statements of Qualifications as requested by the Trust. To date, the RACER Trust has not awarded any engineering, environmental consulting or remediation contracts.
